Hi! I’m Zoe, a Nashville-based singer-songwriter and Belmont University graduate with a degree in Music Business. I’m an outgoing, creative, and dependable caregiver with several years of experience caring for children ranging from infants to school-age. I’ve always loved working with children; as the oldest sibling and cousin in my family, I grew up in a caregiving role and began babysitting for friends and family at age 10, which grew into years of professional childcare experience. I’ve also taught preschool and pre-K, provided individualized one-on-one support in a classroom setting, and worked as a swim instructor teaching children from infancy through age 13. I love working with kids who enjoy creating, exploring, and trying new things! I’m always happy to come up with fun activities and projects, whether that’s an art project, a game, music, getting outside, or finding a creative way to make the day exciting. My hobbies include music, performance, and visual arts, and I enjoy being outdoors and will try just about anything once! What I enjoy most about childcare is that every day can be different and fun while still having the consistency of routine and structure. I’m comfortable helping with meals, playtime, learning activities, school work, bedtime routines, and day-to-day responsibilities. I aim to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment where kids feel comfortable being themselves. I’m also a huge animal lover and am very comfortable around pets, including helping with their care when needed. I love getting to know each child’s personality and interests and finding ways to make their time with me both enjoyable and meaningful.
