About Arleth

Hi, my name is Arleth! I hold a degree in psychology and am working towards completing my Master's in School Counseling at Clemson University. I have a strong passion for supporting others, especially children. I've worked as a Registered Behavior Technician for over a year, providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 3-7 with autism, and I'm currently a preschool teacher assistant, where I have been working at for 10 months. As a preschool teacher, l've worked with children ages 1 to 5. These roles have given me hands-on experience with child development, behavior management, supporting communication skills, and creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, engaged, and supported. I'm looking for jobs where I can continue to make a positive impact in children's lives, help families, and gain more experience in early childhood development while pursuing my long-term goal of becoming a school counselor. I'm reliable, patient, and genuinely enjoy working with kids of all backgrounds and needs.
