About Lesli

Hello! My name is Lesli, and I am a dedicated and compassionate childcare professional with 10 years of experience working with children and families since 2016. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with children from infancy through preschool age in educational and childcare settings. My experience includes working as a Family Literacy Program Teacher, Early Childhood Assistant Teacher, and currently as a Supervisor and Teacher at a childcare center. I truly enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel safe and supported. I have experience planning age-appropriate activities, supporting developmental milestones, completing ASQ-3 screenings, maintaining daily routines, communicating with parents, and providing attentive and nurturing care. I am CPR and First Aid certified and bilingual in English and Spanish. I am patient, dependable, responsible, and compassionate, and I understand how important it is for families to feel comfortable and confident when someone else is caring for their child. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, structured, and positive environment where every child feels respected, valued, and encouraged to learn and grow. I look forward to working together with parents, guardians, and family-support professionals to provide children with the quality care they deserve.
