About Yanesa

Hi! I'm Yanesa, a certified doula and founder of Doulas Through Life. I support families in Eastern PA. I offer primarily overnight support, along with birth, newborn care, emotional wellness, and more. I have been a doula for 5 years now and currently work with another agency as well. Whether you are a first-time parent or growing your family, I'm here to help you feel confident and cared for. I like working with kids but as a doula I have grown to love working with the parents as well. Seeing a family grow and gain confidence is so precious and fulfilling. Both mom and dad (yes dads can have postpartum) need love to. I majored in public health and have used that knowledge to better equip doula care to be more community based and well known and not some secret society haha. It doesn't always take a village but it truly does make all the difference having one by your side and we all deserve too.
