About Sydney

Hi! My name is Sydney, and I’m a college student studying Education and Psychology with a passion for working with children. I’m responsible, patient, caring, and enjoy creating a fun and safe environment where children can learn, play, and feel comfortable. I have experience working with children through being a daycare teacher when I’m home for breaks, babysitting, education-related experiences, and my work as a Resident Assistant (RA) at college. Through these experiences, I’ve developed strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. I understand the importance of being dependable and attentive while also making sure children have a positive and enjoyable experience. I’m comfortable helping with homework, preparing simple meals, organizing activities, playing games, and following parents’ routines and expectations.
