Hi! My name is Lillian, and I’m a caring, dependable, and experienced childcare professional with over 4 years of experience working with children of all ages. I have an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and have worked in both childcare centers and private nanny settings. Throughout my experience, I’ve cared for infants, toddlers, and older children, including children with developmental delays and additional support needs. I’m comfortable creating age-appropriate activities, following routines, preparing meals and bottles, helping with potty training, supporting developmental milestones, and providing a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. I’m CPR and First Aid certified and have completed my required childcare clearances. I’m patient, attentive, and believe in treating every child with kindness, respect, and consistency. I also value communication with parents and make it a priority to follow each family’s routines, preferences, and parenting style.
