About Elle

My name is Elle! I moved to Oregon from Clearwater Beach, Florida, 4 years ago and recently graduated from the UO with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, concentrating in Health and minoring in Disability Studies. I am passionate about ensuring children feel safe and cared for, and that they enjoy their childhood to the fullest while learning positive communication skills and tools to excel as they grow into independent people. I think it is important that children of both genders engage in play and activities that foster both their fine and gross motor skills. I have been babysitting for 8 years, working with children of various ages and developmental levels, and for the past 2 years, I have been a full-time nanny for two families. One family has a baby whom I cared for from 2 months to 1.5 years old, and the other has three children, ages 7, 9, and 11. I have a Black Lab named Luka who is 2 years old and has been loving getting to know our new hometown of Portland!
