About Bevin

I have loved children my whole life, and watching them grow and learn is such a rewarding experience. In high school, I was a nanny for two summers for a family with two children aged 5 and 9. I also volunteered as an afterschool preschool teacher assistant and babysat occasionally for local families. I went to college to pursue a degree in education and psychology, where I learned about child development and teaching philosophies. During one summer I nannied for a 5 month old and got to be a part of her development until she was 10 months old. Additionally, I volunteered in a 3rd grade classroom as part of my junior year practicum and worked as an infant room teacher at a daycare near campus for my final two years, specifically with children aged 3 months-2 years. After graduating in 2025, I started a one year intensive program to get my master's in teaching and credential. During that time, I student-taught 1st and 3rd grade and babysat for various families on the side with children ranging from 16 months-12 years old.
