About Timber

Working in childcare has been a very rewarding experience for me. I enjoy creating a fun, welcoming, and positive environment where children feel safe, included, and excited to learn. I believe that building strong, trusting relationships with the children helps them feel comfortable and supported throughout the day. I take pride in following routines, staying patient, and adapting to each child’s individual needs. Whether I am leading activities, preparing lesson plans, serving snacks, or supervising play, I strive to make every day engaging while maintaining a safe and organized environment. I also enjoy working with families and communicating professionally with parents when needed. Overall, my experience in childcare has strengthened my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and it has reinforced my passion for helping children grow and succeed.
