About Kaidence

I have been a paid babysitter since I was 14, caring for children of friends and family and building strong, trusting relationships along the way. Working with kids has always been a meaningful part of my life, especially helping my sister care for her 3-year-old son. I regularly take him to school and stay actively involved in his school activities, which has given me firsthand experience supporting a child’s daily routine and development. Along with babysitting, I have volunteered in childcare roles, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of all ages. I am comfortable with all aspects of childcare, including meal preparation, diaper changes, light housekeeping, running errands, and maintaining daily routines. I also have a reliable car for transportation to and from activities. I am currently a college student with CNA, BLS, and behavioral health certifications for both adults and children, and I have four years of experience working as a CNA across various units. These experiences have strengthened my compassion, patience, responsibility, and commitment to providing attentive, high-quality care.
