About Emma

Hi! I’m Emma, and I recently graduated from college. I have a very outgoing, energetic, and bubbly personality. I love building connections with children of all ages! I’ve been babysitting and nannying throughout both high school and college. In high school, I regularly cared for several families with children ranging from just 2 months old to 13 years old. During college, I worked more consistently with one family, serving as their part-time nanny during school breaks. Their children ranged from newborn to 6 years old, giving me experience with every stage from infancy through early childhood. In addition to childcare, I worked as a golf caddie, where I developed strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to connect with all kinds of personalities. I also have experience as a student teacher in a classroom setting, which strengthened my passion for helping children learn, grow, and build confidence both inside and outside the classroom. One of my favorite nannying experiences was creating an at-home summer camp for the children I cared for. I designed activities that catered to four very different personalities, incorporating creative crafts, games, educational activities, outdoor adventures, and age-appropriate health and fitness. Watching them learn new skills while having fun was incredibly rewarding. Above all, I genuinely love working with children and strive to create a safe, positive, engaging, and nurturing environment where they can thrive. Whether we’re exploring outside, getting creative with crafts, helping with homework, or simply making everyday moments fun, I always aim to make each child feel supported, encouraged, and cared for.
