Hi! I’m Lexa, a responsible, caring, and experienced caregiver with years of childcare experience. I’ve worked as a full-time nanny caring for infants through school-aged children, including overnight care for newborns. Before nannying, I spent 9 years in management, where I developed strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. I believe in child-led play whenever possible, allowing children to guide our activities based on their interests and curiosity while providing a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. I enjoy encouraging creativity, independence, outdoor play, crafts, and age-appropriate learning, all while following each family’s routines and parenting style. I’m currently studying American Sign Language Interpreting in college, which has strengthened my patience, creativity, and ability to connect with children of all abilities.
