About Adriana

Hi! My name is Adriana and I'm 21 years old. I've been working with children for over four years through daycare, nannying, and helping care for family friends. I've had the opportunity to work with children of all ages and personalities, as well as with children with ADHD/ADD and ASD. My caregiving style is a balance of gentle parenting and firm guidance when necessary. While I never raise my voice, I am still able to make sure children know they are heard and understood while also being safe through calm, but effective communication. I love encouraging creativity and imagination through play and crafts, and I especially enjoy working with families who prioritize little to no screen time, and love the outdoors! I'm always happy to get on the child's level and engage with their imagination. In addition to basic childcare, I have experience being a household manager and am always willing to work out an agreement that works for each specific household!
