Hello! My name is Ella, and I’m a senior at Nebraska Wesleyan University studying Social Work with minors in Political Science and Criminal Justice. I’ve always loved working with children, and I bring a mix of professional training, hands-on experience, and genuine care into every family I work with. Over the years, I’ve coached youth cheerleading, taught swimming lessons for nearly three years, and provided care for children of all ages through babysitting and family support roles. I’m also a Red Cross–certified babysitter, giving me a strong foundation in child safety and first aid. Beyond my childcare experience, my education in social work has strengthened my skills in patience, communication, and building trusting relationships. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and celebrated for who they are. Families describe me as dependable, energetic, and nurturing. Whether it’s helping with daily routines, encouraging learning through play, or simply being a positive role model, I truly enjoy being part of a child’s growth and joy.
