About Kaila
I’m a childcare provider with over 15 years of experience. In my previous roles I worked in a licensed childcare center as a early headstart teacher. During that time I provided full time daily care to 4 students under 3 years old. I was responsible for all daily care as well as lesson planning each week. I am certified in Infant and Adult CPR as well as First Aid, and safety is always a top priority for me. I truly believe children learn best through play, creativity, and imagination. I love incorporating stories, hands-on activities, art, and interactive play into each day to help little ones grow, explore, and feel confident. Reading is one of my favorite ways to connect with children, and I enjoy creating a warm, happy, and nurturing environment.
