About Anna

Over 5 years of paid experience with ages ranging from infancy–17 years. I completed the Obstetric and Pediatric nursing course at Western Kentucky University, which included over 250 clinical hours working hands-on with pediatric nurses. I’m currently CPR and First Aid certified. I’m an experienced nanny with a track record of providing reliable, hands-on childcare. I previously nannied for an eighteen month old, where I was responsible for his daily activities and care routines. I currently nanny for a family with three children, ages fourteen, twelve, and eight, and spend the majority of my time with the eight year old. I work approximately twenty five hours a week during the school year and forty hours a week during the summer, serving as the primary caregiver during my hours. I manage feeding, meal preparation, getting kids ready for camps and activities, household management, and light housekeeping to keep everything running smoothly. My style with kids is a mix of structured and playful — I’m equally comfortable running an activity or helping with homework as I am being present for downtime and bedtime routines. I’m currently in an online MSW program, which means my schedule is flexible and I’m available for a wide range of hours. I’m reliable, communicative with families, and committed to following each household’s routines and expectations.
