About Sara

Hi!! I’m Sara and I am going to be a graduate student this fall at the University of Kentucky. In Kentucky I will be pursuing my Masters in Retail and Consumerism and working as a Teaching Assistant for my department. After graduating with my Bachelor of Science in Textiles, Merchandising, and Design from MTSU last May, I have been working as a Substitute Teacher for Murfreesboro City Schools. In this role I fell in love with teaching and gained a lot of experience working with children of different ages. I am very comfortable with teaching foundational skills, coordinating activities, and creating daily schedules. Outside of work I love to rock climb, bake, and read! I am currently working on perfecting my banana bread and mastering the next level at my climbing gym :)
