About Caroline

Hello! My name is Caroline, and caring for children has been one of the biggest joys and passions in my life. I love creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children feel loved, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. I have over five years of experience working with children in a variety of settings. I was a full-time nanny for three years, caring for two children beginning at ages one and three. In that role, I provided daily childcare, prepared meals and snacks, put the children down for naps, transported them to activities, kept the home tidy, washed dishes, completed children’s laundry, and helped maintain an organized household. After nannying, I taught overseas at a Christian school, working with elementary and middle school students. I also worked closely with children with autism, learning disabilities, developmental delays, and social-emotional needs, helping provide individualized support and encouragement. Most recently, I have worked in child protective services, where I have gained valuable experience supporting and advocating for children and families. This work has strengthened my commitment to child safety, emotional well-being, and creating stable, caring environments for children. My background includes experience with positive behavior support, working with children with diverse learning needs, creating routines, and building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents. Families describe me as patient, dependable, caring, and organized. I am currently seeking a long-term nanny or family assistant position with a family who values a caring, professional relationship and is open to discussing benefits, such as a health insurance stipend or health-related support, as part of the compensation package
