Hi! I’m Sydney, I’m 24 years old, and I’m a graduate of Kansas State University. I’m a warm, dependable, and passionate childcare professional with experience working with children of all ages, with my strongest experience being with infants and toddlers. I truly love working with little ones and creating an environment where they feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore and learn. I enjoy getting outdoors, coming up with creative activities, reading, playing, and finding fun ways to make everyday moments meaningful. One of my favorite experiences has been running a “Mommy & Me” program called Nature Together, where I created opportunities for young children and their parents to explore and learn through nature. Experiences like this have strengthened my love for hands-on, child-led learning and getting kids away from screens and into the world around them. I’m responsible, patient, nurturing, and always strive to make each child feel seen and supported. I also understand how important it is for parents to have someone they completely trust in their home and with their children.
