I recently graduated college and have since realized that my calling is to work with the youth. Over the years I have babysat for many families with a vast variety of children personalities. I believe the most important part about working with children is that they feel loved and comfortable to be themselves. I believe a good babysitter is then a person who does more than make sure the children don't injure themselves or make a mess but is willing to play and do fun activities with them while also maintining a healthy amount of authority.
