Hi! My name is Dylan, and I’m college student currently in my third year of nursing school with a strong passion for NICU and pediatric nursing. I have extensive experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns to 12-year-olds. I’ve worked as a Childcare Coordinator at Genesis Health Clubs, where I was responsible for supervising children in a safe, engaging environment, managing routines, and supporting kids with different needs and personalities. In addition, I’ve babysat for neighborhood families for several years, gaining hands-on experience with infants, toddlers, and school-aged children. As a nursing student, I bring a calm, attentive, and safety-focused approach to childcare. I’m comfortable with feedings, diaper changes, bedtime routines, playtime, homework help, and handling unexpected situations with confidence. I truly enjoy building trust with both children and parents and creating a fun, nurturing environment where kids feel safe and cared for.
