About Mackenzie
I have several years of experience working with children of all ages and abilities. I have a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Humanities and Social Sciences, and I’m also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). My experience includes working as a special education paraprofessional in a middle school and providing one-on-one support to children with autism and other developmental needs. I’m CPR/First Aid certified and have extensive experience with behavior support, communication skills, daily routines, and creating a safe, structured, and fun environment for kids.
