About Layla

Hi! I’m a caring and dependable nanny with a genuine love for working with kids. I’m currently a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and have hands-on experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, using patience, structure, and lots of encouragement. Being the oldest sibling, caring for children has always come naturally to me. I’ve also worked as a nanny in the past, as well as in daycare and school settings, which has given me experience with kids of many ages and personalities. I love creating a fun, safe environment where kids feel comfortable being themselves. I really enjoy planning outings, getting outside, doing crafts, and encouraging screen-free play that sparks creativity and curiosity. I’m comfortable with overnight stays and helping out wherever I’m needed. I’m also very pet-friendly! I have two Rottweilers of my own and am completely comfortable in homes with dogs or cats. I’m patient, reliable, and truly enjoy building meaningful connections with the children and families I work with. Happy to provide background checks as well!
