About Raima

I'm a psychology student at Georgia State University with a background in childcare and behavioral therapy. I previously worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I gained hands-on experience working with children, including those with autism and developmental differences. Through this role, I developed skills in patience, communication, behavior management, and creating a safe, supportive environment tailored to each child's needs. I also have a younger brother who is 10 years younger than me, and I've helped care for him for the past 5–6 years while my parents worked. Between my professional experience and helping raise my younger brother, I've become comfortable managing daily routines, keeping children entertained, helping with homework, and creating a safe and supportive environment. I'm responsible, attentive, and genuinely enjoy working with children. My background in psychology has also helped me better understand child development and the importance of creating positive, engaging experiences for kids. Whether it's helping with homework, keeping children entertained, or maintaining their daily routines, I aim to make parents feel comfortable knowing their children are in good hands.
