About De'Ajah

Hello families! My name is De'Ajah (Dee-aye-jah), and I'm 21 years old with 4 years of childcare experience. Working with kids is truly a passion of mine, and nothing makes me happier than seeing them smile, laugh, and have fun. Before working at a daycare, I gained experience in a children's ministry, which helped me develop a strong foundation in caring for and engaging with kids. I later worked as a lead school-age teacher at a daycare, but I also have experience caring for children of all ages. Safety is always a top priority for me, and I'm CPR certified with completed safety training. I love planning fun, creative activities that keep children engaged, active, and learning, all while having a great time! A little about me personally, I like to think of myself as a collector of hobbies and a proud nerd at heart. Anime and video games have always been favorites, but creativity has been a constant too, with a long-standing passion for photography and videography. Recently, that passion turned into action with the purchase of my own camera and the start of pursuing it more seriously. While I'm a bit of a nerd at heart, getting outside is just as important to me, and rollerblading is one of my favorite ways to stay active
