Hi! My name is Tia, and I’m a caring, dependable, and experienced sitter who genuinely enjoys working with children. I have six years of professional childcare experience working as an Assistant Teacher at The Goddard School, where I worked with children of all ages. This experience taught me how to adapt to each child’s individual personality, needs, and developmental stage while creating a safe, positive, and fun environment. In addition to my childcare experience, I have a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida. My background has helped me develop strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. I enjoy keeping children engaged through arts and crafts, games, imaginative play, and other age-appropriate activities. I understand how important it is for parents to feel comfortable and confident with the person caring for their children, so I prioritize safety, patience, communication, and following each family’s routines and preferences.
