About Ciera
Hi! I’m Ciera, and working with children has always been something I genuinely love. I started exploring childcare in high school through four years of Early Childhood Development classes with hands on experience, while working part time after school as a daycare attendant at a local gym for almost two years. I then started working with a local babysitting agency, caring for kids of all ages. I also studied Child Development and Psychology in college and have continued babysitting sporadically over the years. I’m naturally very patient and caring, and I love creating a fun, comfortable environment where kids feel safe, supported, and able to be themselves.
