About Jordan

Hi, I’m Jordan! From a very young age, I told my mom that my dream job was to be a babysitter. With the experience and training I have gathered in my years, I have surpassed this goal. I worked as a nanny after high school for a year with multiple families. I was devastated when I had to take medical leave for months and lose the role I had already had lined up. In my leave, I discovered other passions of mine, and pursued them for a few years. Newborns and infants bring such warmth to my heart that I returned to the profession as a nursery employee in a daycare. Later, I started nannying again because I wanted to provide more individualized care to children and help families in the home. I started working with an agency when I found it difficult to find families wanting newborn and infant help in the home. This agency would open doors I had not yet imagined. They set up a postpartum doula certification class for me and other newborn care specialists. I found a niche role that I hadn’t even heard of before and found great joy in supporting babies and families through this agency. With my certification and experience, I look forward to providing attentive and supportive care for families.
