About Daphne

Hi, I'm Daphne! Childcare has been part of my life since I was a kid, I grew up attending Linda's Little Stars, then went on to work there myself for 7 years as I got older, eventually taking on more responsibility alongside the director. I've cared for groups of 11+ kids at a time, so I know how to keep things fun without losing track of anyone. I've gotten good at catching a meltdown, a scraped knee, or a sibling squabble before it turns into a bigger problem. I also love the quieter moments: helping with homework, celebrating the small wins, and just being someone a kid feels comfortable with. What I really love about this work is watching kids figure things out, whether that's finally getting a math problem, building the confidence to try something new, or just having a really good day. I show up ready to play, ready to help, and ready to give your child my full attention. I treat every family's routine and rules like they're my own. I can't wait to meet your kids!
