Hi! My name is Caitlyn. I have over 15 years of experience working with children of various ages and backgrounds, and working with kids is truly something I love and am passionate about. I have my Early Childhood Education certificate and am CPR and First Aid certified. Throughout my career in childcare, I have worked as an aide, teacher assistant, teacher, and assistant director, giving me a wide range of experience in both caring for children and supporting their development. I enjoy creating fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities for children, whether that's spending time outdoors, doing crafts, playing games, reading, or simply letting them explore and have fun. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, supported, and encouraged to be themselves.
