About Mila

Hi! My name is Mila, and I’m a college student with over four years of babysitting and childcare experience. I have also worked as a camp counselor, aftercare assistant, lifeguard, and swim instructor, so I’m very comfortable caring for children of different ages and personalities. I’m CPR, First Aid, and AED certified, Red Cross Lifeguard certified, and EEC certified. Safety is always a priority for me, while still making sure kids are having fun and feel comfortable. I love keeping kids entertained with games, crafts, outdoor activities, swimming, reading, and other age-appropriate activities rather than just relying on screens. Through my experience working at a summer camp and teaching private swim lessons, I’ve learned how to be patient, responsible, organized, and adaptable. I’m comfortable managing routines, preparing simple meals and snacks, helping with bedtime, tidying up after activities, and caring for multiple children at once. I’m dependable, energetic, and happy to follow each family’s routines and preferences. I know how important it is for parents to feel confident about who they leave their children with, and I always aim to create a safe, positive, and fun environment!
