Hello! My name is Molly, and I’m an experienced and dedicated nanny with over 10 years of childcare experience. My journey in childcare began long before graduation — I nannied throughout college while earning my degree, which allowed me to balance my studies with my passion for helping children learn, grow, and feel supported. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for children of all ages, from infants to teens, and I take great pride in creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for every child I work with. I graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Marketing, but my heart has always been in childcare and education. That passion has inspired me to pursue my dream of returning to school for a degree in Early Childhood Education, where I hope to deepen my knowledge and continue making a positive impact in children’s lives for years to come. As I look ahead to the new year, I’m excited to share that I’ll be relocating to Casper, Wyoming — a place I’ve lived before and grown to love. I’m eager to reconnect with the wonderful community there and to find a family who values creativity, reliability, and genuine care. My approach as a nanny blends structure with fun — I believe in fostering both imagination and independence through play, learning activities, and positive guidance.
