About Julia

I have several years of paid childcare experience working with children from infancy through middle school. I worked in early childhood education for approximately five years, including experience as an infant lead teacher, where I was responsible for feeding, diapering, maintaining sleep routines, planning developmentally appropriate activities, and communicating closely with families. I also worked as a private nanny for two years, providing dependable, individualized care and supporting children’s daily routines, learning, play, and emotional development. In addition, I am a licensed educator with classroom teaching experience and a master’s degree in education. My background has given me a strong understanding of child development, behavior management, safety, and the importance of creating a warm, structured, and nurturing environment. I am comfortable caring for children of different ages, managing multiple children, preparing meals and bottles, transporting children, supporting bedtime and nap routines, and keeping parents updated throughout the day.
