About Lauren
Hi! My name is Lauren, and I recently graduated from UC San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in political science. Before graduating, I worked at Rainbow Rising, an after-school program serving elementary schools throughout Orange County. I supervised children from pre-K through sixth grade, led hands-on activities, communicated with parents, and helped create a safe, fun, and supportive environment. I began as an Aide and was later promoted to a Teacher position, where I also ran site activities and trained new staff. I truly enjoy building relationships with children and supporting their growth, and I would love the opportunity to bring my childcare experience, patience, and enthusiasm to your family!
