About Alexa
I am a Speech-Language Pathology major with a passion for working with children. I have experience volunteering as a children’s counselor, where I worked with kids ages 4–13 by helping with activities, providing support, and creating a safe and positive environment. I also have several years of babysitting experience caring for my three nephews and niece, ages 7, 5, and 3, which has helped me develop patience, responsibility, and strong communication skills. In addition, I have completed multiple child development courses that have given me a better understanding of children’s growth, behavior, and developmental milestones. I enjoy helping children learn and grow, and I hope to use my education and experience to make a positive impact in their lives. ( I’m also BLS certified by AHA) and have an active CNA license.
