About Kiyah

Hi! My name is Kiyah, and I am a Child Life graduate student with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. I am passionate about working with children and creating safe, positive, and engaging environments where they can learn, play, and feel supported. My childcare experience comes from working with children in family, educational, volunteer, youth development specialist/camp counseling, and community settings. I enjoy helping with homework, reading, arts and crafts, games, and other age-appropriate activities. My background in psychology and child development has taught me the importance of patience, positive communication, and understanding each child's unique needs. Families can count on me to be responsible, dependable, attentive, and caring. I prioritize safety while making sure children have fun and feel comfortable. My goal is to provide parents with peace of mind and children with a nurturing, supportive experience every time I babysit.
