About Mariana

I have experience caring for children in both paid and volunteer settings, which has strengthened my interest in pursuing a career in elementary education. I have babysat for families with children of different ages and helped with daily routines such as preparing meals, helping with homework, playing games, and keeping children entertained in a safe and positive environment. I also assisted with bedtime routines, cleaning up after activities, and making sure children followed household rules. In my volunteer childcare experience, I have helped supervise younger children during school events, family gatherings, and community activities. These experiences taught me the importance of patience, communication, and responsibility when working with children. I enjoy creating a fun and supportive environment where children feel comfortable, safe, and encouraged to learn and grow. My childcare experience has inspired me to continue working toward a future career in elementary education.
