About Alexis

Hi! My name is Alexis L and I’m currently a senior at California State University, Long Beach, studying Child Development and Family Studies. I have four years of experience working with children in a variety of settings, including a preschool, afterschool program, and as a summer camp coordinator. I truly enjoy working with children and creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and be themselves. One of my favorite parts of working with children is being able to help them discover new things while also learning from them along the way. I believe every child is unique, and I love getting to know their individual personalities, interests, and needs. Outside of school and work, I enjoy hiking, traveling, painting, and spending time with my dogs. I’m excited to bring my experience, creativity, and genuine love for working with children to every family I work with!
