I am a caring, patient, and dependable childcare professional with experience supporting children of different ages and abilities. I currently work as a Behavior Interventionist, where I help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment. I have experience managing challenging behaviors using calm, positive reinforcement techniques and enjoy planning fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and creativity. Safety is always my top priority, and I strive to make children feel comfortable, supported, and happy while in my care. I have a bachelor’s degree in Child Development and am CPI trained, giving me additional knowledge in child development, behavior support, and crisis prevention. Families can count on me to be responsible, attentive, and compassionate while providing reliable, high-quality care for their children.
