About Gabriela

Hello! My name is Gabriela, but I go by Gabbi! I am the oldest daughter of 8 siblings, and I believe growing up with all of my brothers and sisters led me to the Child Development field! I have my Teacher Certification, and have nannied in the past, worked for Salida Union School District, as well as had my own Pre-K classroom when I lived in Tulsa, OK for over 2 years! With over 5+ years experience in the classroom, daycare, and learning center settings, I am focusing on my own educational journey, looking for extra work on the side while in college. I am currently in school finishing my Associates in Early Childhood Education. In my free time I love rollerskating, walking the American River with my dogs, sewing, doing arts & crafts, and just about anything else creative! I am passionate about blending education with everyday experiences, mixing structure, creativity, and genuine love for childcare to make every day a learning experience and a total blast!!! I love what I do, and pride myself on being more than just a sitter; I aim to be a supportive, reliable extension of your family, to provide you with peace of mind.
