Hi! My name is Katie! I'm 22 years old and currently in college studying Special Education and Communication Disorders. My goal is to become a teacher and eventually a speech-language pathologist, so working with children is something I'm very passionate about! I have 4 years of childcare experience, including working at a daycare. I've worked with children of different ages and have experience with children with autism. I love planning fun activities, playing games, getting creative, and making sure kids feel safe, supported, and included. I'm currently balancing college while working toward my degrees, so I do need to work around my school schedule. I'm looking for around 20-30 hours per week max. I'm also a big animal lover and have a chocolate Lab! I'm responsible, patient, easygoing, and genuinely enjoy spending time with kids. I'd love the opportunity to get to know your family and help make childcare fun, safe, and enjoyable!
