About Holland
I have experience working with children through both an in-home daycare and the Boys & Girls Club. I have helped at an in-home daycare for several years. This experience has helped me learn how to be patient, responsible, and caring while working with children of different ages(mainly 0-5). I have also gained experience through the Boys & Girls Club, where I enjoy creating a positive and welcoming environment for kids. Working with children has helped me build my communication and leadership skills and has given me more experience working with different ages and personalities. These experiences have made me enjoy working with kids and helped solidify my goals of becoming an elementary school teacher.
