About Jaila
I worked at a daycare during the summers while I was in high school, where I helped care for children, supervised activities, and made sure they were safe and engaged. I have also spent years babysitting my younger siblings and other family members, giving me experience caring for children of different ages. While I was in college, I volunteered with a program that served underserved communities by tutoring students and helping them build their academic skills. These experiences have helped me become patient, dependable, and comfortable working with children in a variety of settings.
