About Hailey

Hi there! I’m Hailey Kutche and I graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Communication Studies and have experience balancing busy schedules, staying organized, and adapting to each family’s needs. I love being active and getting kids involved in things beyond screen time - whether that’s crafts, baking, reading, outdoor time, or coming up with a fun activity for the day! I’m very comfortable with pets (I have a big Sheepadoodle of my own!) Most importantly, I want the kids I care for to feel comfortable, supported, and excited to spend time with me!
