Hello! My name is Carileigh. I was born and raised in Salisbury, MD. I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Hampton University, and my Master’s and Ph.D. from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Currently, I am an instructor at Salisbury University.I enjoy working with kids, helping them to develop confidence and curiosity. In addition to babysitting, I am also a tutor.

I am a school social worker, who is looking for a summer job as a nanny. I've nannied for a variety of families for the past five years while I attended college. I nannied for kids, ages 6 months to 10-years, including kids who have medical complexities and behavioral challenges. I have also worked in a respite daycare center, preschool, and speech therapy clinic. I hope to continue nannying this summer given my passion for working with kids and supporting their learning!
