Hi! I’m Reagan, a warm, reliable, and experienced caregiver with over 6 years of professional childcare experience. I have cared for children ranging from newborns to teenagers and have experience with a wide variety of schedules, family dynamics, and childcare needs. Throughout my career, I’ve provided full-time and part-time nanny care, occasional babysitting, date-night care, overnights, travel support, and care for multiple children at once. I’m comfortable with newborn and infant routines, bottle feeding, diaper changes, naps, bedtime routines, school drop-offs and pickups, meal preparation, light household tasks related to the children, and planning fun, age-appropriate activities. I’m CPR and First Aid certified and have a background in healthcare. I prioritize creating a safe, nurturing, engaging environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. I love incorporating crafts, outdoor play, imaginative activities, reading, and developmentally appropriate learning into our days while maintaining structure and consistency.
