Hi! My name is Crystal and I am a recent graduate from ASU. I received a BS in Psychology and have worked in research labs learning more about the development of children. In addition, I have had the opportunity to babysit children for about 8 years now as a side gig. I love learning more about the individuality of all children.

As a teacher, I bring patience, structure, and a nurturing approach to every family I work with. I truly enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel safe.

For four years I nannied for a family of two boys, starting when the youngest was just four months old and staying with them until he turned four, giving me deep experience in infant and early toddler development from the very beginning stages. That hands-on foundation grew into a career in early childhood education, where I now serve as the Infant Toddler Director at a preschool, overseeing the program while staying actively involved in the infant and toddler room. My background spans everything from newborn care and developmental milestones to curriculum and classroom leadership, making me confident and experienced working with children in their earliest and most formative years.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
