About the Family: A family in Westfield, NJ, is seeking an afterschool nanny starting in September to care for their 3 boys, ages 10, 7, and 4. Their younger baby will be in daycare. The family follows a rotating schedule due to mom’s 7-on/7-off work schedule. They are looking for a responsible and flexible caregiver to support their children’s daily routine, including school pickups, activities, and light household tasks.

Responsibilities:

Pick up children from school

Take kids to afterschool activities

Light household help (organizing children's things, tidying up)

Drive children to/from activities (family provides minivan)

Care for children during mom’s shifts (week on/off schedule)

Qualifications:

Must have a reliable driving record and be able to drive the family’s minivan

Previous childcare experience with multiple children preferred

Ability to handle school pickups and help with activities

Flexible schedule to accommodate alternating weeks

Ability to organize and maintain tidiness in the household

Additional Information:

Minimum term through the end of the school year

Rate: $25/hr
