Job Description

We are a family currently seeking a part-time nanny to provide care for our two daughters, aged 3 years and 9 months, and to assist with light household tasks. As a family medicine physician, I am looking for a suitable alternative to daycare for my children. The ideal candidate would not only care for the kids but also help with light cleaning duties, such as organization, sweeping, dishes, laundry, and wiping counters. We value a nurturing environment for our daughters and will provide assistance as my wife will be at home to support the childcare responsibilities. A background in Spanish language tutoring is preferred as it would benefit the entire family. The position offers flexibility with the hours, as the work would typically be scheduled for 2-3 days during the week, with a total of 12-16 hours anticipated weekly. The schedule allows for variability, requiring the candidate to be adaptable. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and skills. Additionally, we have a friendly large dog, a boxer mutt, who adds joy to our family life but is not the responsibility of the nanny.
