Job Description

We are a warm, busy family in Needham, MA looking for a reliable, kind, and proactive mothers helper person for our two children (5 and 8) this summer. We need someone who is comfortable driving, actively engaging with kids, and taking ownership of key household tasks so our home runs more smoothly. We value good communication and someone who genuinely wants to be helpful and part of our family’s daily rhythm. We don’t do well with people who treat us like a job, and in return, we really connect with our caregivers.


Schedule (Summer through 6/22)

• Monday–Friday, 230-630

• We can discuss hours

Example Afternoon (What Your Day Might Look Like):
2:40–3:30 pm: School/camp pickups using our family vehicle; safe, on-time driving is essential.
3:30–4:00 pm: Snack time, unpack bags, help kids put away dishes, wash dishes as needed, start simple dinner prep if needed.
4-5 - basketball, coloring, etc
5-6 - dinner / tidying;
6-630: make beds/fold laundry

We have our own car for pickups.
